The Space at endive is an intimate and unique loft inspired event space offering a relaxed atmosphere featuring exposed brick walls and filled with natural light.  Ideal for groups
up to 70 guests, the Space @ endive is centrally located between Buckhead and Midtown.
Perfect for Rehearsal Dinners, off site Business and Social Networking events with cocktails
and appetizers, Bridal Showers, Wine Tastings, or even an intimate Wedding Reception.
It can also serve as a festive party space for Birthdays and Anniversaries.

The Space at endive comes with a Full Rentals Package and plenty of parking.
Fully customizable menus, gracious attentive service and a flexible approach make
booking The Space at endive easy and hassle free.

Standard Room Rental Rates      (Food, Beverages & Service not included):
            Thursday through Sunday:                                          $750.00
            Monday through Wednesday:                                    $650.00

What is Included:

  • Up to 9 hours of total event space time (including set up and breakdown)
  • Use of the “Chef’s Tasting room” for your event
  • Parking for up to 23 vehicles plus non-metered local street parking
  • Six 60” Round tables, 60 Wood folding padded chairs, Seven “HighBoy” Tables

(can be converted to 30” Cocktail Tables) and Five 6’ Banquet Tables*

  • “Basic” Linens to cover above tables provided*
  • All China, Flatware, Glassware for service of food and beverages

* Additional tables, chairs & linens above these quantities may be provided at
normal rental rates in certain cases.

Terms:

  • Event Space Reservations held by Contract Only with NON-Refundable Deposit + Refundable Damage Deposit
  • Catering must be provided through endive fine catering
  • Bar and/or Beverage set ups to be provided through endive fine catering
  • When serving alcohol, an endive bartender must be utilized
  • Premium linens available for additional cost – Please inquire for details
  • endive reserves the right to require a Security Officer at our discretion
  • For Private Invitation Only events – No public events without prior arrangements
  • Décor, installations, 3rd party rental items may be used, but do not reduce rental rate
  • FULL PAYMENT of balance due required prior to beginning of event
